Shuzo Tarumi awarded a Ph.D.

Shuzo Tarumi received his Ph.D. after successfully defending his thesis titled “Analysis of Spectrum Fragmentation in Dynamic Spectrum Access Networks”.  Shuzo was co-advised by Prof. Ed Coffman and Prof. Gil Zussman. Shuzo will soon join Softbank Corp. Congratulations Shuzo!
