WiMNet students Mina Cong and Craig Gutterman received awards from the Department of Electrical Engineering:
- Mina received the Department Research Award – “Awarded by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering to one outstanding graduating senior who has demonstrated outstanding passion and accomplishment in research.”. Mina is a co-author of an upcoming ACM SIGMETRICS’14 paper on kinetic energy harvesting and one of the main contributors to a kinetic energy dataset.
- Craig received the M.S. Award of Excellence – awarded to the top 3% of the Electrical Engineering M.S. students. Craig is a co-author of an IEEE ICNP’13 paper on wireless multicast and a recent recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.
