An article in the Cisco Technology News Site, “the network”, is titled “The Internet of Everything Goes to School”, and discusses efforts to boost educational programs that involve skills related to the Internet of Everything (IoE).

WiMNet Lab Ph.D. student Robert Margolies was interviewed in the article which highlights the Energy Harvesting Active Networked Tags (EnHANTs) project as an example of a program that educates the next generation of engineers on the IoE. In particular, the article reviews some of the educational efforts within the EnHANTs project that involved more than 80 M.S. and undergraduate students in IoE-related projects (for more details, see the recent report – Project-based Learning within a Large-Scale Interdisciplinary Research Effort).
