Tingjun Chen, an undergraduate student from Tsinghua University who visited the WiMNet lab in summer 2013, received the Wei Family Private Foundation Scholarship. This competitive fellowship was awarded to 2 students among all students of Chinese heritage who applied to the Ph.D. program in the Electrical Engineering department. Tingjun will join WiMNet lab in Fall 2014 and the fellowship will fund a substantial part of his stipend and tuition.
