Prof. Gil Zussman delivered a plenary talk in CISS 2025. The talk titled “The COSMOS Testbed – a Platform for Advanced Wireless, Optical, Edge Cloud, and Smart Streetscapes Experimentation” provided an overview of the COSMOS testbed, that is being deployed as part of the NSF Platforms for Advanced Wireless Research (PAWR) program and of its use for experimentation within the NSF Center for Smart Streetscapes (CS3). Several examples of research and experimentation in the areas of edge cloud, smart intersections, and optical communications/sensing were provided.
